SCHOLARSHIP 2019-2020 ACADEMIC YEAR

To provide a financial stipend to an academically qualified high school senior who has lost a family member to senseless gun violence.Miami Carol City Sr High School and Dr. Michael Krop Sr. High School Students.  Completed application, official high school transcript and all requested information must be completed by May 15, 2019 

      SCHOLARSHIP AGREEMENT

  • The scholarship recipient must be a full-time student (12 credits) for the Fall Semester 2018 with a minimum G.P.A. of 2.5 and who has completed 100 hours of community service.

  • The scholarship recipient must provide proof of official enrollment. The scholarship will be awarded only after proof of official enrollment (after official drop/add deadline) is received. Scholarship funds will then be made payable to the university/college on behalf of the student.

  • The scholarship recipient will receive a one-time stipend of $5,000.00 for the 2018-2019 academic year.

  • Notification must be given to the Trayvon Martin Foundation by the recipient within ten (10) days for the following circumstances: Any change in the initial application criteria• Any changes in enrollment for the 2018/2019 school year.
